Veriu Group is a growing collection of boutique hotels in Australia, including Veriu Hotels & Suites and Punthill Apartment Hotels. To support their expansion, they needed a well-designed capabilities document to help attract property owners and developers looking for hotel management partners.

The task was to create a Hotel Management Agreement document that clearly communicates Veriu Group’s strengths, especially in comparison to larger operators. The document needed to be professional, compelling, and aligned with their brand identity, while positioning Veriu as a standout, up-and-coming player in the hospitality industry.

Two distinct design directions were developed before building a cohesive 12-page document that showcases Veriu’s value through strong branding, thoughtful layout, and data-driven proof points. The result is a polished and persuasive tool that speaks directly to property owners and developers.
